Co-Founder
Results oriented re/insurance executive with strong record of start-ups and value creation. Extensive experience building cohesive working relationships with all stakeholders, creating high performing leadership teams and developing strategic platforms in insurance and reinsurance. Successfully developed and grew business across a range of strategies, partners and cultural settings. Strong appreciation of commercial, regulatory and actuarial aspects of life re/insurance companies.
Tobias Fritsch
Co-Founder
Senior executive with extensive leadership roles across Europe, North America and Asia. Successfully served as Group COO, driving substantial growth. Held multiple COO positions at Allianz, gaining in-depth knowledge of the entire insurance value chain, including investment management, core operations, IT, procurement, and more. Adept at navigating diverse cultural environments, with a strong emphasis on business ethics and compliance.
